Self Driving Cars

Self driving car is a vehicle that is capable of moving safely with little or no human input. Self driving car is also known as driverless car or robotic car.

Ernst Dickmanns invented self driving cars. Google is often credited with advancements in self driving car. This project is being run by Waymo, which is owned by Google’s parent company. Waymo is widely viewed as the current leader in developing self driving cars.

In self driving cars or truck, human drivers are not needed to take control to safely operate the vehicle. Self driving cars can also help to reduce the number of crashes on our roads. Self driving cars can drive better than humans.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Department of transportation, almost 94% of accidents occur on US roads due to human error but self driving cars could drastically reduce the number of crashes and fatalities that occurs on the road.

Self driving cars mostly run on electricity and there is no need of gasoline. Self driving cars cannot handle the winter season snow, ice, and cold temperatures. They cause major problems for self driving cars which include troubles in navigating through blizzards.

Self driving cars can be hacked. Self driving car has also bad effect on our lives. Now you cannot buy a self driving car. As of July 2019, experts believe it will be at least 10-12 more years before completely autonomous vehicles will be sold to private consumers.
